I WAS JERKED AROUND AND LIED TO FOR FIVE DAYS!!! I spent almost TWO HOURS on the phone with "customer service" BIG JOKE and several emails over the course of the time. A MANAGER called me a LIAR! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is just false advertising. A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY....and this is how I am treated. NO ONE CARED!!!! Will not only NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! BUT I WILL TELL AND POST MY EXPERIENCE EVERYWHERE!!!!!
