My recent experience with Walmart.com was extremely exasperating! I was attempting to update my account profile with a new email address. The website failed to do what should haven been a simple task. Four phone calls to the helpline later (with assurances of escalation) I wound up cancelling my account and reapplying. New problem! website refused to accept my PO Box address and physical road address. Phone call later with different CSR in Central America speaking poor English - I finally requested my account to be closed. My experience with other online retailers has never reached a level of dysfunction like this! In the future, I will deal with retailers who are more appreciative of my business!
