I’m trying to get ahold of customer service and the wait on chat is about 9 hours and to receive a phone call from a representative is 19 hours. After trying the email correspondence, it was a bot with irrelevant information. After 2 hours into waiting for a chat representative, the session went inactive and the screen cleared out. I don’t have any issues with Amazon. Frustrating—I hope somebody from Walmart.com sees this and improves these issues.
