One of the worst company to buy product online. I did wait for more than 2 hours over the phone to get my order information and at the end they hang up. They did took my order 8 days ago and charge on my card and now they have no clue what happened to my order. I am trying to contact store and they are saying that the have not received my order even though I have confirmation number and suggesting me to contact online customer service. Walmart’s online customer service is even worst as they do respond even if you wait for more than 2 hours over the phone. Walmart, please stop serving online to the customer if you can not manage it. You need to do lots of homework before you provide online service
