The worst customer service EVER!!!!
Such bad customer service never happened to me. I was sent a faulty item, after calling and waiting on the line for an hour or so I was told i will get a refund and the item will be picked up in 4 business days. it wasn’t picked. No refund was initiated. Walmart refuse to process a refund before the item is picked up.
Why is it that they take my money when I buy online on the spot , but they don’t give me my money back when they can’t arrange for a pickup in a timely manner.
