I recently placed an order with Walmart.com. The Order was scheduled to arrive NLT 22 April 2020. One line item from the Order arrived on 18 April. On 22 April the “Tracking” system showed (the rest?) of the order out for delivery, then delivered. THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. Despite spending 2+ hours on the internet & phone, the best possible avenue for solution turned out to be a wait of “in excess of 1 hour” on a secret customer service line it took me 2 hours to track down. While waiting on that line, I was disconnected. I cannot cancel the order because it “has been delivered”. I now have contacted my credit card company to dispute the order once the charge posts. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
