I placed an online order that was to have been delivered 4/22. I tracked the package and it wasn’t even in the US yet. I attempted to “chat” with customer service, but that went about as expected, nowhere. I asked for a person to talk to, yep, 2 hour wait.
I’ve never been fond of Wal Mart, this just fuels the fire, so to speak.
I can’t cancel, I can’t talk to anyone, and of course they have already charged my account.
I wouldn’t have given them even one star.
