Absolutely the worst online customer service. I spent over 6 hours on hold waiting for chat and waiting for a call back to cancel a back ordered item. Talked with customer reps twice who promised to take care of the issue, sent emails, got email confirmation that the order was cancelled - now my card has been charged and the item ordered 6 weeks ago - and cancelled - has shipped! Deleted the Walmart app from my phone. Will never order from Walmart again. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers.
