The only reason I give it a star is because I can’t give it Minus 10 stars.
I’ve been waiting for over 1-1/2 hours for an online ‘customer service’ rep to help me. Only 41 more minutes to go, I’m informed.
I tried to change my address in my account. But my account doesn’t show my address, or anywhere that I can see where I may do this. Myself. In a few minutes.
Walmart must have the WORST customer service ever. And by seeing other reviews, I realize Walmart doesn’t care. HORRIBLE service!!!
