Horrible customer service!
Made an order from the photo centre and they sent me a confirmation email with an order number (9 characters). Now whenever I call customer service to track my item:
1)I am on hold for 2+ hours
2) I’m told that they can’t do anything cause the order number is not right (should be 11 characters).
Horrible horrible horrible!!
