Their customer service is unhelpful and snooty. You can have a perfect credit score and be denied credit because they think your last name is too common. When you pay cash for an order, they take so long to process it that you’re guaranteed to have problems of some kind. Plus, every order must be approved for shipping even if you’ve already paid, because they want to be exclusive to the hoity toity.
Just an all around terrible company.
