The customer service is very rude and inconsiderate. They act like they don't want to be at work. And then when you make your orders, it's either out of stock and they tell you when it's on the delivery,that you have to make another payment. I have never seen customer service so poorly!!!!!!

Ordered a $100 gift card to be sent to a friend for their birthday. I can’t get back into my account tried calling was put on perpetual hold gift card states nonexistent. I have no pending orders and yet was told four days ago that my order was acknowledged and placed very disappointed not only with Montgomery rewards, but their affiliates as well. Tried another company that’s affiliated with the same Company Montgomery rewards was told information back to check order was placed and yet now nonexistent what is going on? I had more than eight times the amount of credit available for the hundred dollar gift card that I was trying to send however it leaves me pondering whether or not I will continue being a customer. You can’t get what you order. What’s the point

I can not believe your catalog when I opened it last night and saw your display of "sex toys"!!! Do you not realize how many households have children in them? This is ridiculous I will not ever order anything from this company! I tried calling to talk to someone, but as we know, no one wants to hear a complaint! Facebook has already heard about it and I will continue to let the world know how sick and immoral money hungry this company has become.!! I would never have given you 1 star, but it's the only way I can leave this review and hopefully stop someone from ordering products or your catalog!

I would not have given a single star but had to so I can write a review. I always thought your stores were family friendly until my wife was looking at the latest issue and say the sex toys in your flier. Disgusting!! I can’t wait to write ALL the name brands you have advertising and let them know they are associated with this publication. I will not be shopping from your store or online again

Ordered a couch/bed. Got here quick. That's All the good I can say about it. It is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. There is nothing you can do to get comfortable. It says to fluff up the pillows because they've been mashed during shipment but there's nothing in them to fluff up. It took my sister and I over 3 hours to put it together so there is no way I'm going to take it apart to send it back even assuming they would let me send it back. Unfortunately that means I'm stuck with it. I'm looking for more cushions now. Having to invest more money into this so that I can at least sit on it. Lightly. I've been sitting in a chair at my table. As soon as this is paid for it will go to the curb. After my sister and I finished putting it together, I went to the next door neighbor's house to have the child and when I came back she said I have terrible news for you. I said oh no now what.? She said. Sit down on the couch. I sat down and it was like sitting on nothing but the wood slats. It's horrible. Absolutely horrible. You can't imagine how depressing it is knowing I'm stuck with it.

The products, pricing and payment schedules are all decent however the shipping costs are outrageous. They overcharge for shipping. I tried to order 3 small tins to send to my grandkids and the total was $45 but shipping was $18 shipping and processing then $4 for each tin. That is INSANE! I immediately cancelled the order. Who willingly pays that much? I’ve been a customer for years but this was it for me.

That is the problem I am very unhappy with a Hamilton Beach flexbrew coffee maker I pachase according to the price i paid, other places sale that same unit for much less I didn’t fine not one for over $200.00. And lt does not get very hot. So why do yours cost so much. It’s not worth it.

You are only allowed to use 2 gift cards. For example, I have 4 cards totaling $200. The item I want $199 + shipping, handling and tax. I’m not allowed to use the full $200 that I already paid this company. I was told to put the balance owed on my personal account and remember to call back and ask the credit department to apply the other gift cards to my balance once enough time has elapsed “to process”. The company is obviously trying to make more money off of their customers that have already paid them! Never again will I order from Wards.

I would give 5 stars but they use economy surepost for delivery and package takes 2 weeks to arrive. Very slow!

Long time customer recently checked credit report new inquiry Montgomery Ward they said it was their policy. Also made recently payment in January wanted to order a item recieved no shipping notices. So I called recording comes on they need a down payment before order is shipped not over credit limit. Very disappointed calling them on Monday.

Ordered same 2 items on 2 orders, got one of the 4 items. Tried making sure they have other 3 canceled and for some reason only one got canceled and they couldn't find the other. How do l know they aren't lying.

Your website is horrible I have tried on numerous occasions to pay more on my account and it’s set up to only accept the minimum payment. Which means it’ll take me longer to pay out I’m so done with this!!!

Your website is totally useless,can never seem to delete my older order,everytime I try it just keeps on adding more stuff on my order.SOME TECH PERSON NEEDS TO OVERHAUL YOUR WEBSITE SITE BECAUSE OF THIS TOTAL POOR WEBSITE I will not recommend this to anyone. This company is horrible!!! When I placed my order, I was told that I needed to make a DOWNPAYMENT on my order, when I clicked on the option, it took the whole damn amount out ($344.99). When I finally got in touch with someone, it was like I was crossing the line because I got upset and I told them that the company was promoting false advertising and that I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. In the FAQ's, it explains the down payment requirement and that is TO PAY A PORTION of the order total. The second person I spoke to about it just took notes and transferred me to another department. Why in the hell do they hire people to just take notes? I get the next department and they had to put me on hold for about 10 minutes, just to come back and tell me that the credit was approved and my debit card was charged. I finally got my order canceled, so I thought, and was told that the order number was my confirmation number. I called back 2 days after that to check the status and my damn refund was never issued!!!!! There should be a negative rating you can put on these types of companies.

I have been a long time customer. I enjoy the catalogs and ease of ordering online. I don’t shop much, but have built up substantial credit. Not sure what happened, online it states I have $1500 in available credit. I ordered a $80 perfume and am being declined. Customer service doesn’t explain clearly what is going on. I may have to stop using the account. They have some unique merchandise, it’s not worth dealing with customer service though. I am now giving them a poor review.

If you get a bill from these guys I’d really suggest having a attorney to close the account for you. They told me to throw away the 60.00 worth of garbage and my account was closed. Six months later I got a bill for 1,500.00 so I called and they said the account was never closed. They couldn’t explain why I hadn’t been receiving invoices and they wouldn’t even tell me where the supposed garbage shipped ?. I told them to jump off a cliff and they put me in collections. It messed my credit up but I can just ask the credit managers to actually look at my credit report. The typical response is “these guys aren’t in business any more”. I just financed a new Toyota in August at 1.9 % so I can work through it. My actual credit rating shows low now but I’m okay with it because there’s been far less identity theft for me. Stay away from these creeps, I even told the young lady I was talking to she should be ashamed of herself for working here

I used my catalog to order a curio cabinet for my Mom. Since it was for her, she authorized via telephone with customer service that it was her card. They didn’t take info on my Mom (i.e. name, address, phone, etc…..) and credit card company stopped the payment. We tried to stop shipment and it was already on the way. It took 38 phone calls to get a return label to send it back. We sent it back and Wards kept crediting (we never paid) and credit company kept sending credit back. 40 calls later, this is now in collections - we sent the item back - what is the problem? Incompetent workers and slack customer service is the problem - company needs to clean house for sure.
