I was going to place an order for a HP Laptop that cost $499. When I went to checkout the shipping and handling was $66. So I never checked out. I placed a call to 2 of the 3 numbers they had for customer service. She couldn't answer my question why shipping and handling cost so. She put me on hold and had to ask somebody. When she got back to me she said because Fed Ex charges that much. I told her I have ordered plenty of times and shipped Fex Ex and that didn't sound right. It's a scam.
