“Montgomery Ward did right by me l had order for 591 dollars they sent order Miami Florida l live in Pa never been to Florida the company found it was error on them they they found out somehow my address got changed they changed my address back to correct address and sent my order to correct address l really wanted order things l order were for Christmas”

“That is the problem I am very unhappy with a Hamilton Beach flexbrew coffee maker I pachase according to the price i paid, other places sale that same unit for much less I didn’t fine not one for over $200.00. And lt does not get very hot. So why do yours cost so much. It’s not worth it.”

“I'm changing my one star to a five star because they allowed me to return some chairs and it was very quick and easy(no nonsense) The chairs looked cheap compared to the photo, although i will say they were of good solid construction. Just looked cheap. I will most likely still shop here.”

“Someone tried ordering almost $500 in products from Montgomery Ward using my name and address. I received two statements in the mail requesting payment but also indicating that I should contact the company immediately if I had not placed the order. I waited on hold for less than 5 minutes and was then assisted by an articulate, courteous and helpful woman named Maddie who communicated that she would cancel the orders for me.”

“I've been looking for a VICTROLA RECORD player . Found it there . Very nice , speakers are not bad for a small record player , but I LOVE IT so much. Got the old 33s and 45s out and danced all day .”
