I ordered a wingback chair it fall apart month's later coming apart from the arm leg on wingback chair it was Burgundy I called Aug 25,2024(&)again on
Dec 20,2024 and we talked about my chair and I said what about what I paid into the chair already which was $50.00 on june 25,2024(&)on july 18,2024 $103.00 it was agreed that I would get the money back I paid into my chair back which was my payments of $50.00 because it fall apart she said 14 to 30 days well I called today 1/24/2025 this was a hot mess customer service I said ordered number 3or 4 times she act like she couldn't remember my order number now when She get on the her computer froze for a couple of minutes after i was placed on holded a few times I said what's the problem I gotta keep repeating my self with this number I'm very mad right about now because I been dealing with this since Aug 25,2024 I asked for refund slip to be mailed they said it was coming it never came called again finally I got the slip through the mail sept 9,2024 started my process with FedEx they came to pickup i needed a box I was tolded they would give us one not true FedEx they don't give boxes to nobody so now we got to find a box for this big chair we rode around and rode around to fine a box after weeks later I finally got one at a Big lots store had to go to the furniture dept now I got to buy tape and make arrangements with FedEx again for a pickup now it's 11/20/2024 I will never buy nothing from this company ever again bad customer service for one Montgomery wards they bring you through so many changes and I was lied to about my refund $153.00 I paided on that ragged chair that wasn't cheap to buy it was $385.88 total cost Big Disappointment
