I used my catalog to order a curio cabinet for my Mom. Since it was for her, she authorized via telephone with customer service that it was her card. They didn’t take info on my Mom (i.e. name, address, phone, etc…..) and credit card company stopped the payment. We tried to stop shipment and it was already on the way. It took 38 phone calls to get a return label to send it back. We sent it back and Wards kept crediting (we never paid) and credit company kept sending credit back. 40 calls later, this is now in collections - we sent the item back - what is the problem? Incompetent workers and slack customer service is the problem - company needs to clean house for sure.
