Got a email from Montgomery rewards stating that I ordered a tablet, which I did not I live across the world from where the delivery address is to be shipped… I called customer service and got transferred so many time it’s pathetic not even the fraud department could help me, the lady sounded like she didn’t care.. bad service my problem still hasn’t been solved I asked to close my account but I have to wait on paperwork and see if it gets approved as per fraud Department, Very disappointed..
