Ordered 2 eternity rings, returned both recorded delivery and weighed to be told I can only be refunded for 1 ring as the other was missing!! Both rings were in that packet and they said it wasn't tampered with so Where's the ring!! Customer service very poor, will contact trading standards and credit card after Christmas!!
