The manager in the Trafford Centre branch extremely rude.
absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.
like many of the other x customers I am now stuck with a worthless credit note.
avoid this company at all cost once you hand over your money then they are not one bit interested in anything you have to say
speak to you like you are a 5 year old child I will never step foot in that shop ever again.
