The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar.
Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option.
