Taunton store continously closed no note on door to explain to customers why. We've tried 3 separate times to come and buy wedding rings closed everytime. Emailed and simply told we had better ring ahead next time. Simply put we will now be going to a proper jewellers that actually appreciate their customers and want our custom. Your recruitment issues are not or should never be your customers issues. I would also suggest retraining in customer service for whoever replies to your emails.
