Beware when purchasing anything from the online platform. You won’t get your money back if indeed you change your mind about your purchase. I am stuck with over £200 worth of jewellery. No web chat. No direct calling number. Only an email address which they don’t bother replying too.
High St shops have no authority to refund your money. They do offer an exchange though.
