Went into the Sunderland branch (16 May 2019 at approximately 130pm) asking for a particular white gold diamond ring in a specific size and from the start to the finish of my transaction the service was excellent. The assistant was courteous, helpful, polite and very engaging, showing genuine interest in what my purchase was for and, more importantly, was professional throughout.
