I returned a broken chain in the swansea store and my oh my the customer service is terrible,she refused to exchange it on me telling me the chain had stretched🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Omg avoid at all cost judging by there reviews they are terrible
