Absolutely disgusting service. I've regularly shopped at Warren james' stores before; I had brought a bracelet for someone's birthday present, the following day when I gave it to her and put it on, the links in the bracelet had come apart. I took it back to exchange it, as they don't do refunds, to be told because it's not a manufacturing issue, they won't do anything about it. Won't be shopping here again.
