Myself , Wife and daughter waiting outside Warren James The Mall Maidstone Kent today the 27 September. It opened late at 09 22 then the young girl opens the shutter chewing gum not even a sorry for opening late or not even a good morning... We were looking for a ring for my wife’s 40th wedding anniversary.
Overall the atmosphere in this shop is poor customer service and they couldn’t care less. Left with no interest in making a purchase.
