Absolutely disgusted with customer service at Warren James Jewellers Stockport today.
I've essentially been accused of lying and, have ended up with a credit note instead of a refund even though we had been informed at the point of purchase, that we could return if not suitable....This now means we have to purchase something else with this, poorly managed and unscrupulous establishment. How is that fair?
I urge everybody to think twice before purchasing from this outlet. #warrenjamesjewellershavenomorals
