So around 2 weeks ago I bought a ring in store at the merry hill branch, customer service wasn’t the best and they sold me a ring which was way too big and also had the little diamonds missing, as the Worcester branch is closer I decided to go in to get it changed to which they said they would order the correct size and it would be another 2 week wait for the ring to arrive as it’s being ordered. I have received a call this morning to say they haven’t even got the ring after nearly 3 weeks and they are going to order it again which can take another 2 weeks.
I’m not happy with the service provided and to be waiting now over a month to receive and item I’ve paid for is disgusting And got left with a credit note and that’s it, not worth the hassle avoid
