I purchased a watch from them, but it broke, so I emailed customer service and they asked me to send it back for repair. I sent it back over two weeks ago via DHL, and they said they haven't received it. I have a photo and GPS data to prove the delivery. I'm now out of pocket and without a watch (that I could have taken to an independent watch repair shop).
All their customer service seems AI-driven and doesn't feel like you are talking to a person.
