I bought my Husband a smart watch, had faith as had purchased from them before. As soon as he opened it and set it up it was showing corrupt device. So contacted customer service, as you cannot call anyone I chose webchat!! I have now contacted them multiple times with no help, other than sending me an email to reply with pictures that you cannot reply to!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE....so going to have to kiss that money goodbye then!!

i bought a Guess Heiress Blue Watch GW0407LI last August/September i had problems with it keeping time/day 2weeks later after returning the watch twice i got a new one now its day pointer as broken off and the watch as stopped working ive sent an email in witch you a have returned an email to me but customer services is rejecting my return email jeanette wilson

I purchased a watch from them, but it broke, so I emailed customer service and they asked me to send it back for repair. I sent it back over two weeks ago via DHL, and they said they haven't received it. I have a photo and GPS data to prove the delivery. I'm now out of pocket and without a watch (that I could have taken to an independent watch repair shop). All their customer service seems AI-driven and doesn't feel like you are talking to a person.

Spent £420 on a gift watch for my son, it quickly developed a fault and they asked me to send it back for a repair or refund, I did this however they have done neither and I am now £428 down and no watch - all I keep getting is ‘sorry for the delay’ emails, I'm really sad abt this as I had used them in the past and have spent a lot of money with this company. I understand they have been taken over by the Fraser group but this does not seem to have improved anything. Be careful I still have no refund & no watch.

I purchased Marathon watch from WatchShop. Paid over £700, the watch was advertised as a brand new one.I received clearly used watch with unscrewed crown and the original Marathon box was broken and stained with coffee. My assumption is someone had returned this watch and WhatchShop resold it as a new one. The box had totally broken hinges and had a big dent. WhatchShop returned money after my email but did not even offered to reimburse postage cost or some additional compensation for wasting my time. Now they promised to refund postage costs but I'm yet to receive any money from them. Reviews on trustpilot are mainly positive one but if you read some reviews online on independent forums, there are lots of customers conned by WatchShop in a similar way. WhatShop seems to be sending quite a few used/ broken watches which they advertised as brand new ones. This seems to be some sort of scam they run. Really disappointing.

The watch strap bar screw was broken, so the watch strap is not fixed to the watch. I've never worn the watch, so it is not wear and tear. Luckily I wanted to change the straps, otherwise I would not have noticed the problem and it would just have fallen off my wrist. Customer services refuses to help and denies any responsibility. Extremely poor service, do not buy.

I've purchased two watches from watch shop 1 for myself and 1 for myself. Once purchased the delivery time was was within 2-3 days. The watches are great we've had nothing to complain about, I am going to purchase from them again and highly recommend

Wanted too send the watch back as wasn't happy with the product. If i'm honest the watch looked fake. Anyway they started claiming in the e-mail that it had been worn when it had only been out the box once and the e-mails were a little bit on the rude side and the customer service was terrible. Only have too look at the replys too some of the other unsatisfied customers too see they've got a vindictive side when people don't like the product. Would never shop with these again.

Pretty bad show from this company. Pretty bad show from this company. * first watch doesn’t work. Send it back. * second watch faulty hinge. Send it back. * third watch. After being assured this wouldn’t happen again has a Similar issue ( insisted it wasn’t the same watch) * fourth try the watch was out of stock all of a sudden... Wasted 5 weeks going to and from the post office trying to deal with this. Got a refund fair enough. Then when I started talking on social media about the experience they blocked me lol. I I just wanted to inform others of my experiences, which they didn’t like, So if you want to talk about your experiences on their Facebook page they’ll block you lol

Sent back faulty watch in february. No update send from them until ive sent loads emails..now is june and not received fixed item yet. Very dissapointed as watch was a gift for my son. Emails enquries looks they dont want push manufacture to fix easly and fast enough-aa they have no control over it. Joke. Waa claim full refund or voucher to buy another watch but sorry that option not exist.

Very rude and bad attitude customer service, especially an agent from the website name Usman. I would not recommend to buy from them. There are better websites with good customer service https://www.ticwatches.co.uk/ https://www.thewatchhut.co.uk/ Or Amazon

Absolutely 100%. Bought a Tisson watch which after a few weeks had a small issue. Return postage was paid. Communication was fantastic and repaired watch returned quickly. I am impressed :)

My order was cancelled, allegedly due to payment problems. When I proved that everything was correct with my payment, they had no other explanation. Now I am waiting for a refund, I wonder if that's legal to hold someones money as we made a buyer-seller agreement. I guess the price was too low, that says a lot about a seller.

Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present - it doesn't work.! I have sepent since Boxing Day sending e mails which they have ignored, the phone just rings constantly and nobody answers, and they ignore facebook messenger. Their customer service is non existent, all they are interested in is taking your money from a sale.

Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present. It doesn't work. Have spent since Boxing Day sending e mails and trying to call every day. They ignore the e mails and don't answer the phones. They also ignore messages on facebook messenger. Please don't use them,they have know customer care at all. Wished I had seen some of the reviews on here first - I just checked them out on trustpilot where their reviews are ok, if I had seen reviews on other sites I defintely would not have purchased from them.

Item arrived damaged so had the inconvenience of having to return it to the post office for a refund which I then had to wait 11 days for and it also cost me £2.95 for original postage costs which is an absolute joke considering they'd sent me a faulty product!!! I don't see why I should be out of pocket and also waste half my lunch break at the post office because of their error!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROBBING COWBOYS!

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

Wouldn’t refund a very expensive watch after some stitching broke after 6 months. Would not recommend

If you're lucky, you'll receive a watch with no faults. If you're unlucky and there is a problem, Watchshop will go to the ends of the Earth to avoid any responsibility, Appalling 'customer service'. The very best of luck if you decide to buy from them.
