I bought my Husband a smart watch, had faith as had purchased from them before.
As soon as he opened it and set it up it was showing corrupt device. So contacted customer service, as you cannot call anyone I chose webchat!! I have now contacted them multiple times with no help, other than sending me an email to reply with pictures that you cannot reply to!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE....so going to have to kiss that money goodbye then!!
