Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present - it doesn't work.! I have sepent since Boxing Day sending e mails which they have ignored, the phone just rings constantly and nobody answers, and they ignore facebook messenger. Their customer service is non existent, all they are interested in is taking your money from a sale.

My order was cancelled, allegedly due to payment problems. When I proved that everything was correct with my payment, they had no other explanation. Now I am waiting for a refund, I wonder if that's legal to hold someones money as we made a buyer-seller agreement. I guess the price was too low, that says a lot about a seller.

Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present. It doesn't work. Have spent since Boxing Day sending e mails and trying to call every day. They ignore the e mails and don't answer the phones. They also ignore messages on facebook messenger. Please don't use them,they have know customer care at all. Wished I had seen some of the reviews on here first - I just checked them out on trustpilot where their reviews are ok, if I had seen reviews on other sites I defintely would not have purchased from them.

Item arrived damaged so had the inconvenience of having to return it to the post office for a refund which I then had to wait 11 days for and it also cost me £2.95 for original postage costs which is an absolute joke considering they'd sent me a faulty product!!! I don't see why I should be out of pocket and also waste half my lunch break at the post office because of their error!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROBBING COWBOYS!

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

Wouldn’t refund a very expensive watch after some stitching broke after 6 months. Would not recommend

If you're lucky, you'll receive a watch with no faults. If you're unlucky and there is a problem, Watchshop will go to the ends of the Earth to avoid any responsibility, Appalling 'customer service'. The very best of luck if you decide to buy from them.

I was a fool that trust to Watchshop my Christmas present. First delivery with damaged parcel - but OK, fast reaction from your staff and you sent exchange in the same day when I sent return parcel. Second delivery - wrong item. And absolutely indifferent attitude from employee - standard phrases in answer to my request (copy - paste), No solution to receive a shipment before Christmas. But this is they fault. I made my order in the beginning of December and result is that shortly before Christmas I stay without present. Watchshop - you are the Grinch! Only Grinch story finished happy but my order story no. Don't recommend your company nobody!

Terrible site. I ordered an Armani exchange watch on a Thursday as a present and paid extra for next day delivery, did not receive the watch until the following Friday (the box was badly damaged on the outside but luckily the watch was ok)I was also charged twice for the watch which caused my account to go into minus for which i was charged,eventually got refunded one of the amounts but not the charge I had to pay to the bank for their mistake. I would urge people not to buy from this website.
