Sent back faulty watch in february. No update send from them until ive sent loads emails..now is june and not received fixed item yet. Very dissapointed as watch was a gift for my son. Emails enquries looks they dont want push manufacture to fix easly and fast enough-aa they have no control over it. Joke.
Waa claim full refund or voucher to buy another watch but sorry that option not exist.
