Still not solved the problem in reference to interest rate. Charged 4.99 percent instead of 1.9 percent. Bought RAV4 XSE hybrid. Salesman gave 1.9 percent finance charged 4.99 percent . Wanted 4000.00 dollars more if wanted 1.9 percent. Not happy at all. Called them sales manager said someone will call me. No one has called yet. Bad customer service.
