It was quite busy upon arrival but she explained and was quite verse in making sure I understood what would transpire with my vehicles service. She listens to customers complaints on my vehicle problems and made recommendations for me to decide what to do without pressure. She kept me informed throughout my waiting process and that is a good thing, especially during the waiting part. She is by far a great service technician, gregarious person to meet face to face. “Still not solved the problem in reference to interest rate. Charged 4.99 percent instead of 1.9 percent. Bought RAV4 XSE hybrid. Salesman gave 1.9 percent finance charged 4.99 percent . Wanted 4000.00 dollars more if wanted 1.9 percent. Not happy at all. Called them sales manager said someone will call me. No one has called yet. Bad customer service.”

When I Wesley Chapel Toyota I first asked if they do expections on all their used vehicles before they put them on the car lot to sell , and they said yes we do, then I explained all the issues we've having with the car they just sold us few months earlier and they said... I will forward your info to a manager and have them follow up with you. Never received a call back. I'm the grandmother, I paid cash to purchase this car out of my retirement for my grandson to help out the family. I told them what I could afford, said It was the only car they had I could afford. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again!! Beware if you buy a use vehicle from them, test drive it straight to another automobile service department before purchasing from this dealership!”
