The White Stuff shop in Saffron Walden is quite new to our town. Recently I have been in twice, and had exceptional service from a young lady called Jemima. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very helpful in finding stock from out the back, recommending that I try what she was showing me (she was right in what she said!), and was a joy to deal with. She has exactly the right personality to deal with customers. Today I had to return an item, and, being a technophobe, patiently explained how I didn’t even have to produce a card for the transaction to happen. White Stuff is lucky to have her, and I shall definitely hope to be served by her again.
