I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated following recent purchases. I was not informed by shop staff about the recent change in the returns policy, decreasing from 28 to 14 days. Staff were not understanding when I tried to return items and although they could have used discretion and issue a refund to me - they did not.
I am now left with gift vouchers for a store I no longer wish to patronise!!
Customer Care have been unable to redress this too.
