I can't fault Wilko's customer service and response. I received my new Christmas Tree last week, it is pre-lit and came in three parts. the top part did not have the lights and I contacted customer services yesterday morning, yes I had to hold for over an hour but no big deal on the mobile, just left it on speaker and carried on with my work, I spoke to a lovely very helpful lady and a new top part of the tree has already been delivered today, just over 24 hours later. Best service ever!
