Do not use this company! Paid in good faith for a product only to have it left in the rain for several days as Wilko use couriers who help themselves into your garden without consent and leave an electric fire in the middle of a storm without leaving a card to say it’s been delivered Tracking says still in transit. Wilko not doing anything about it apart from keep telling me to ‘wait 48 hours’ that was two weeks ago!

Terrible service . Orderd product , got given delivery day and never shown up . Trying to contact them is a waste of time as they just don’t answer any questions you ask and then just completely ignore you . Requested to cancel order and get refund but apparently they have to put am request in to see if it gets accepted . Seriously what a joke of a service . Do not use .customer care is non existent. Can see this being along process for me to either get my product I paid for or to get refund . To much stress to deal with at this time of year .

Never received items as next day they were out of stock so they just keep your money no tracking info and then could not get my money back! Can only contact through chat which they reply a day later on email , then they don’t understand and answer questions 30 emails later and further action from 3rd party then I finally get refunded.

I received a broken mirror from Wilco. It’s a nightmare trying to sort out how to return It or get a replacement. Will never purchase off them again.

Never delivered my order 20 days and counting no satisfactory reply to numerous emails if I could I would award minus stores needed it for Xmas but no sign avoid at all costs quick enough to take money not to happy to refund or give proper reply to emails

Order worth £300 and was supposed to arrive on 26th November - is now 4 th december . No phone number to register complaint and track expensive item and e mail useless - sent message was promised return message within 48 hours and it has not happened . Staff must be incompetent to not keep track of expensive items - shows as on way on 24 th then nothing - not delivered !! Can’t lose £300 what a nightmare this has been !! Don’t shop at wilko online is my advice

DO NOT buy from this company. They will take your money and won't deliver your products or give you any correspondence. Delivery times are not at all accurate and are not met. No phone number so you can't talk to anyone and their email responses are frankly a joke! Don't waste your time or money, take your business elsewhere.

I wouldn't use them again ! Happy with products but it was a shambles getting them ! Main concern is you cant speak to anyone , only via online chat , & takes an average of 2 hours to get a response! The couriers are OK, updates about delivery etc , & it's not their fault that wrong items are sent! But I never expected that ordering 2 items was going to be such a mission. It's a shame this lets them down as the products I'm really happy with . I ordered directly from website but provably should have done it via range in the shop as at least you have the back up of going in there when it goes wrong & getting the issues rectified . It was a stressful week , has put me off & wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a tv stand with fireplace it came damaged have requested a replacement many times or refund, they seem to repeat the same questions over n over. They offered 20 pound discount for a damaged item!!!..wow thank God I ordered via paypal

If I couldgove them zero stars I would..order said would be delivered on or before a certain date ..have now waited 8 day's and no sign of it.I have tried WhatsApp,online chat both of which there is no one there to respond. Email says 48 hours to respond and the phone number I was given I called and it days is is no longer in use and to try emailing.Total nightmare.Customer servise is non existent.waiting in for experience delivery all week , time off work on day due but still no order, no refund and no way of sorting it out.Do not order from this company, avoid at all costs!

1 star is too much. Woeful. Their courier left the item in a public place and it was (presumably) stolen. 20 emails later and Wilko do everything and anything to obfuscate and avoid processing a refund. I forced the matter with copies of the correspondence through PayPal - funds returned. Their customer service 'support' and 'tickets' are beyond condescending. Absolutely avoid. Pay a little more elsewhere and get some service.

Well what awful service Wilko.com is will never order from them again they delivered a tree that was saying it was white but silver requested for it to be returned last Tuesday saying will respond in 48hours but still haven’t customer service is shocking tryed to ring a number to speak to someone and they said have to ring 0907114157 which charges 2.50 a min really they are a joke and shouldn’t be trading don’t know if this tree will get back but iam out of pocket by 67 pound so anyone don’t order from them they are shocking

Never buy from wilkos suppliers products! If you purchase some products that has been from them suppliers and it's something wrong with it you won't get your money back! I have been sending numerous emails to just get the labels for 3 different items to send to 3 different suppliers and been touch with the suppliers as well to put wilko on them place and send me the labels so I could return them back and get my refund. I had feelings that they won't issue my refund anyways so I escalate it to PayPal and I did right. When I finally after a month get labels from suppliers not wilko and sent the items back,get the proof from each supplier that they received the items then wilko still tried to rip me of saying that they already issued my refund when they didn't. I let know PayPal and screenshots all our conversations that they said they issued refund when I haven't received anything and on top of that they tried to charge me a fee for returning some of the items when nobody informed about it. All I just want to say do not buy from wilkos suppliers because if there is anything wrong with it get yourself ready that it will be a long battle with them. I get my money back just because PayPal forced them!

I ordered a bed for my daughter and it arrived 6 days later than the arranged delivery date. Customer service is shocking and very slow to respond & reply as its all done via email. Will not use Wilko ever again!!

Everything went wrong. They delivered a black boucle storage box in a battered smelly dirty box. The item was damaged with the gold headwear hanging off leaving a part attached to the box with sharp pieces and I cut my finger trying to get it out. That’s not the worst but although it’s terrible. I was told they would send dhl to collect between 9-5 took the day off work guess what ? That’s right no one arrived but that’s not the bad thing although bad enough. Trying to communicated with them is set up do they can just cut you off hoping you get fed up but I’m not leaving thus !! No wonder they went bust. Absolutely atrocious so I am going to go on socials if it’s not collected tomorrow and puts the screenshots showing the history of trying to return good that are damaged cheap rubbish !!

Terrible experience. Items arrived missing parts (it looked used). Confirmed a collection and they no showed. Now it seems all to hard to arrange a collection and refund.
