Awful experience I would not recommend buying from Wilko. I ordered a child’s ride on car in November last year and it never arrived I’ve contacted wilko multiple times over email and they said I could get refund or replacement and then stopped answering my emails completely. I spent £149 on the item that hasn’t arrived and I haven’t had a refund. AWFUL COMPANY

Be very cautious ordering from wilko: I ordered something weeks ago. Their courier delivered the item to the wrong address. I’ve had numerous people from wilko telling me they are looking into it. I’m seething with the incompetence, unprofessionalism, utter lack of customer care.

Just keeping you up-to-date I am now on 116 emails to Wilkinsons about my faulty sofa which I purchased the 28th of June last year. They just keep saying that it’s not faulty when it is I’ve never been treated in such an appalling way. The way I have by wilko I don’t know how they are trading and I think the trading stands should be informed about the way they treat people a sofa is faulty with a cut of pieces of foam in the back of the sofa cushions of all three of them and they won’t replace it. I’ve been emailing them since the seventh of the first 2025, like I said further up I am on 104 15 now emails and they are saying blaming me and then saying we will exchange the covers for the same ones that they say in our washable and have steps on the back so why would you have zips on the back of a sofa if it was not washable and that’s how I find the chopped up pieces of foam inside every cushion on the back of the sofa?

I am now on my 87 emails back and forward to them about my sofa which they are not exchange as it is faulty and keep blaming me. I don’t know how this company is running they have appalling customer service being emailing them since the seventh of the first 2025 and still no further on. I am sick to death of the emails. They just hope you given take your own money and run every possibility. they even asked me to take my review down when I was telling the truth and said they didn’t want to put it up. It didn’t meet their rules and regulations and asked me to write a new one after a joke.

Honestly, very poor, ordered a hoover, came without the battery or charger, requested to return it on the 3rd of January and been constantly told 'wait 48 hours for a response from the relevant department' obviously been waiting more than 48 hours, it's vile customer service and I'm still likely to be charged for a product I cannot physically use, trying to get a return address is like getting blood out of a stone. One star isn't a low enough rating more like -5 stars it's despicable, I highly recommend NO ONE shops online here

Paid £399 for a coffee machine on 1/1/25. Tracking shows it should be delivered on 7/1/25 but nothing came and no update. When contacted via email they just keep asking you the same information back and forth.

Black sofa was purchased in June of last this year went to take covers off to wash it and the inside of the filling which just bits of sponge in all three of them I’ve emailed them. I am still waiting for a response of what they are going to do, but this does not meet fire standards so I am quite concerned about having sofa in my house so I hope there’s going to take too long to resolve this issue

Dishonest Company with Shocking Customer Service Wilko is, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They bait you with enticing discounts on products they clearly have no intention of fulfilling, take your money, and then cancel the item without explanation. To make matters worse, they drag out the customer support process so long that they can outlast their own return policy. It took over six weeks—yes, six weeks—for me to get any response from their so-called customer service team about a canceled order they had already charged me for. During this time, I was left chasing them repeatedly, with no resolution and no concern from their side. It’s obvious this is a calculated tactic to avoid refunds and frustrate customers into giving up. This company does not respect its customers or their time. They’re happy to take your money but refuse to deliver what you paid for or provide timely assistance. It’s an absolute disgrace. If you’re thinking about shopping with Wilko, don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers. Wilko clearly isn’t one of them, and I’ll never shop with them again. I urge others to avoid this company like the plague.

Absolutely vile customer service. I would not recommend anyone to shop online at wilko! You will not get your refund back if item is faulty, damaged or for any other reason. Stay away from this company for your own peace of mind.

Absolutely terrible company. Used to shop here regularly in store and now since it got bought out by other companies it is awful. Ordered 2 products, turned up late, no longer needed them so returned them after days of messaging on WhatsApp (as that's the only way to contact or email- no phone) and have had nothing since. No messages, no refund. Do not order from wilko.

I had the worst shopping experience of my life with Wilko, and I will never order from them again. I purchased a fireplace and was initially happy when it arrived, but that changed quickly when I unboxed it and found they had sent the wrong item. What followed was an absolute nightmare of back-and-forth emails. First, they asked for photos, which I provided. Then, every 2-3 days, a different agent would email asking for more photos or to confirm my name and address — something I had already done multiple times. Each response took another 2-3 days. After weeks of this, I requested to cancel the replacement and have the incorrect item collected for a refund. Instead of honoring my request, they ignored it and insisted on sending the replacement. I asked them if they even read my emails. They told me to “refuse the delivery,” which I did. Getting them to collect the wrong item was another battle. They promised it would be picked up within 7 days, but 2 weeks passed with no action. I had to chase them repeatedly. It took a month, around 40 emails, and endless frustration before they finally collected it. This experience was exhausting, disorganized, and disrespectful to my time as a customer. I will never shop at Wilko again, and I would warn others to avoid them as well. Their customer service is beyond terrible.

Do not use this company! Paid in good faith for a product only to have it left in the rain for several days as Wilko use couriers who help themselves into your garden without consent and leave an electric fire in the middle of a storm without leaving a card to say it’s been delivered Tracking says still in transit. Wilko not doing anything about it apart from keep telling me to ‘wait 48 hours’ that was two weeks ago!

Terrible service . Orderd product , got given delivery day and never shown up . Trying to contact them is a waste of time as they just don’t answer any questions you ask and then just completely ignore you . Requested to cancel order and get refund but apparently they have to put am request in to see if it gets accepted . Seriously what a joke of a service . Do not use .customer care is non existent. Can see this being along process for me to either get my product I paid for or to get refund . To much stress to deal with at this time of year .

Never received items as next day they were out of stock so they just keep your money no tracking info and then could not get my money back! Can only contact through chat which they reply a day later on email , then they don’t understand and answer questions 30 emails later and further action from 3rd party then I finally get refunded.

Never delivered my order 20 days and counting no satisfactory reply to numerous emails if I could I would award minus stores needed it for Xmas but no sign avoid at all costs quick enough to take money not to happy to refund or give proper reply to emails
