Awful experience..Needed to return am item ..n still waiting for a response..3 days now ..no one to speak too ..emailed them several times but nothing constructive back ..other than a sorry you're not happy email repeatedly ..so to date I'm stuck with a large package ..all sealed n ready to go but still here ..far from happy ..will give it a few more days prior to going to citizens advice
