“Having read recent reviews I was very concerned I wouldn’t receive my order. Tracking was abysmal paid next day delivery confirmation email stated same day and next day delivery 8am-6pm 🤷‍♀️ Then next day I suddenly got a text from Evri at midday and hallelujah delivery arrived 10 mins later with all the items! I send a WhatsApp in the morning querying when the delivery would arrive but 72hr response and tried calling 44 in the queue! Wilko seriously needs to sort out their tracking otherwise happy I received my order on expected day of delivery”

“This time of year and the cues are getting bigger and you still only put 1 staff member on till what's wrong with these managers why can't a staff member just jump on till without managers permission I would sort it out its Christmas round the corner.”

“This is the sixth time I have been overcharged for an item. As usual you don't notice till you get home n check receipt. It costs more in petrol to return and complain. Prices are high enough without being ripped off. CHECK RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.”

“When perusing my Wilkos in Sheffield city center. I decided to buy some seeds as they had a massive sign above them saying 70% off. However I did not notice that they were not put through at this price. I was on the self service so did not press enough button to obtain the receipt. When questioning a week later I was told as I had no receipt nothing could be done and the sign did not mean all seeds were 70% off. So always get a receipt to double check your purchases and the prices they advertise them at. Generally over the last 5 years the stores have deteriorated generally looking dirty and unkempt with cages all around the shop floor and mostly empty shelves.”

“Went to syston Wilko today self service tills were card only.Not everyone uses card for payment,myself included.Had to go to the other end of the store where there is just 1 till for cash payment wait in a que what felt like forever just to pay by cash then back to the other end of the store to get back to my car its a no brainer to have 1 cash till at each end of the store Management need sacking and won't ever go there again wake up wilko people will shop else where you will lose trade .Disgusted shopper””

“This is a very good store, but to see only one young lady telling the STUPID few to put masks on was very brave of her and I told her so and I thanked her,she said like all the other staff we absolutely hate these people. Shame.”

“Visited the Kidderminster store Saturday 16th January very helpful lady on entry pointing out sanitisers etc helpful staff until I got to check out the store was busy and I was told to go to till number 6 the cashier obviously didn’t want to be there she was arrogant robotic instructing me were to stand and where the baskets should go I found her manner offensive and her comment to enjoy the rest of my day not genuine rita”

“Visited Wilko Store in Horsham yesterday. We were queuing for along time, with only one elderly lady serving all the customers. We felt so sorry for her, she held it together, but you could see she was having enough. She rang for help continuously several times, not one member of staff came, or responded to her. She was a real trooper. Where are the staff, I didn't see anyone , only the elderly lady serving. Where are the management?? Should give her a wage rise/praise, for keeping the shop running. Did not look good Wilko. Look after this member of staff. Poor lady.”
