Shocking customer service. Ordered goods paid for online that should have been delivered. Haven't received them. Tried calling several times but they cut the line off. Tried emailing several and they don't reply with any information about the order. Never experienced anything like this with any other company. WHAT do I do now?

I placed my order on 29th May 2020 Delayed at Hermes since 3rd June. No further delivery status updates given since. Hermes saying to contact Wilkinsons. Wilkinsons haven't answered any of my emails but can send me a email today nviting me to buy more. I certainly won't be buying more until this is sorted out

ALL ROUND DISAPPOINTED IN STAFF FROM LOCAL STORES! ABERGAVENNY - PONTYPOOL - CWMBRAN - NEWPORT( STORES ) The area managers need to put the staff in these stores in their place... this include duty store managers also.. they treat us customers appallingly when considering we are the customers.. shame on you Wilko.. All the staff need retraining in customer service skills in these stores from what I've experienced from over the last year or so.. Hence the reason I'm writing this experience review to make other customers aware if they aren't already aware..... To Start.. From asking a simple question to a staff member in store if they have a product in stock if not showing on the shelf.. then you'll get a blunt NO from staff And even from the duty managers because they can't be bothered to look out back or on the system , This is so obvious to see there is no helping the customers needs from staff members... Then to returning a faulty or unwanted / unopened item you'll get asked questions making the return of the item a uncomfortable experience , Plus, they don't like it when asked will they hold back a large item in store if you can't carry it home at that time of shopping and we need to bring a car back to collect the item instead of carrying it home for Eg,, All you'll get from instore staff is... Unwillingly Umm well we will hold the item back BUT to warn you our policy is only '' Same day collection '' and if not collected that same day the item will go back out on the shop floor by end of the day regardless.. but more often they'll totally refuse to hold a item back from my experience... When they do refuse to hold a item back in store they normally state its because of company policy on '' reduced sale items '' even though they have refused holding a item back for me when not a '' reduced sale item ''.. so its just unhelpful staff mainly, So be warned,, if you can't carry home a in-store item for some reason that your in-need of and there is only one item on the shelf and a staff member Do happen to agree on holding a item back for you, and its only one hour from store closing time and your not back to collect that same day, then the item will go back on the shop floor regardless.. they don't care about the customers simple. Staff don't go out of their way to help customers in these stores from my experience . This is just a few things I've experienced from these Wilko stores over the year or so, , bet it's the same for All the other Wilko stores around the country.. I've shopped in these above stores well over the last year so many times for all my everyday needs and items for projects etc,, NO MORE,. I'm not giving my money to be treated like this... They need to remember.. Good customer service keeps customers happy.. make the customers unhappy you'll force customers away and your business will go down hill slowly... Many of my family member also uses these stores for their everyday needs and they have the same opinion unfortunately,

Wilko on line delivered wrong item 2.5 ltrs instead of 5ltrs of paint as ordered they have charged me for a 5 ltr can. - no telephone number to talk to anyone. Told via automated reply only way to get refund is take back to a store - nearest one an hour away. THATS WHY I ORDERED ON LINE. ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS WHAT I PAID FOR. - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely shocking experience all round ordered 5 items recieved 3 items. 1 was a wrong order which I wanted to return but can’t get no return labels as they won’t answer when I ask! I’m missing 2 items worth £105.99 which is taking them forever to track or refund. I ended up ringing my bank who gave me a refund until Wilko decide to give me some kind of update on the missing items. Sorry but I’m not being at a loss through this awful company.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I shouldn't give any star but there is no such option here.One of the worst experiences buying from this company, 12/02/2024 I bought garden furniture 4 weeks have passed and they haven't sent anything.The phone number on their website doesn't work, I tried e-mail, but it didn't work either.

An absolute shambles and a pack of thieves. Received chest of drawers way smaller than advertised and parts missing. They will not provide return instructions and provide a refund. Customer service is a joke. How do we get our money back?

I ordered a dog buggy. After I ordered it I realised it was not going to be big enough. I emailed within 30 mins of ordering to cancel. sadly it got delivered two days later. on the same day I followed the process on their website for returns and still over 2 weeks no one has arranged a collection or my refund. I have had replies but very unhelpful and not addressing my actual request. I do not recommend them at all.

No longer Wilkos, owned by the range now and zero customer service. Friends and family boycotting wilkos and the range due to their dishonesty and appalling attitude to customers. Would advise using somewhere else whatever you need.

I cannot express my huge disappointment with Wilko after trying for over two weeks now to get a refund and return for a faulty item. Their communication is absolutely awful, no reply to emails and the email l have had is just waffle and none of the information l actually need. After years of being both a loyal store and online customer, Wilko have had my last purchase and l have told as many people as possible about this abysmal experience.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Have been trying to process a return now for almost 4 weeks. The item was collected for the return but absolutely no contact since. AI responses from WhatsApp. Certainly won't be using Wilko online in the future and suggest you stay well clear

Charged £9.95 for delivery however the parcel arrived with the packaging so severely damaged that the contents were also damaged. Wilko are refusing to refund the delivery charge stating that the service was met! Now I have to dispose of a broken product that they don’t want back and am out of pocket for the pleasure of doing so. Will never use them again

Further to my previous review, further issues with WILKO.com, still no product, they are claiming it has been delivered on the same day it was ordered ? If that was the case i would have been impressed, but they did take my money very quickly. They claim to have sent me proof of delivery, but had no address, signature of the person they claimed to have delivered it to, no picture as proof, with links that are empty, absolute con of a site, blocked me from my account, which i managed to get round and still no product or refund. The worst on-line company i have dealt with.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE. Worst service I've ever received. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE. Incorrect information about there products and deliverys. Will not give a refund. No customer services. Do not answer to any messages about these issues. Have taken almost £1200 of my money to find out not delivering my item for 3 weeks and unable to get a refund as company is bankrupt. THE RANGE take no responsibility and will not discuss anything to do with WILKO.COM WILCO.COM ARE IN ADMINISTRATION AND DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR ANY HELP BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Bunch of conmen Damaged delivery covered in paint no… Damaged delivery covered in paint no answer to what's app no answer to email n waited on phone for 20 mins no reply So I am left with a delivery covered in paint and damaged trousers and table. UPDATE Beware of these con artists finally got an email reply after 4 days which asked for more info (which they already had ) so I played their game and replied with all details plus sending the pics of all the damage another 3 days get standard email asking me to choose a pick up time for the damaged item (spilled paint ie empty can !!!!)but also warning ME to act quickly as my 14 day free return is almost up bye the time I answer and they reply the 14 days will be up .Any other company would just have refunded me for the Paint or sent out a replacement . After over 30 years of shopping with Wilko this will be my last I will send this warning out on social media as it seems these days its the only thing that companies care about

Customer service is abysmal. Damaged product received. Have dealt with 6 customer service personnel via their web page. They will not answer a direct question. They seem to have standard phrases for apologies. There is no way you can contact a responsible person via phone, webchat or email. Frustrated and disapointed that this company do not seem to care. A simple phone call to me could solve this problem.

Parcels gone 'missing' via courier, over charged on spray paint "deal", items arrived broken due to lack of adequate interior packaging, parcels arrived partly opened with items missing, small items packed in overly sized, wasteful packaging. Charged for items that were never delivered, the list goes on and on. Made complaints via email, telephone and live chat - no-one was able to help and they is little to no communication within Wilko departments. Over the last 5 or so years, the quality of the service provided by Wilko, both online and in-store has steadily declined, but this year has been markedly worse. Was once a long time advocate for Wilko, not any more. You can only give a company so many chances.

Wilco Holton road Barry vale of glamorgan Staff member doing her shopping in works time and holding up the cash only til when there was a problem with the pricing of one item then went on to pay by contactless,5 people in front of me many others queuing behind me. Customer service getting worse since start of covid
