I requested to return my £250 the day after receiving it only to be a week on and still no information given of how to return and just been informed my request has been closed! DO NOT ORDER unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return. Distance selling rules seem to not apply to Wilko.com, very disappointing service, I shall not be ordering again!

Bought a garden furniture set on Wilko.com for £1499.99. The first payment attempt took me all the way through the checkout process and just returned me to the homepage. I thought it odd so just tried again as the transaction on the bank said pending. Online chat said it would be fine and that one would come back to me. Upon completing the 2nd attempt and getting an order confirmation, Wilko cancelled the order and refunded the money. Great. Apart from the initial payment didn't ever get refunded. Wilko still delivered the set. You would think that everything is done and finished with. Nope. Wilko are insisting that they haven't had the 1.5k in payment and that I owe them for it. You unfortunately come up against a brick wall going by the name of Becca when trying to get some help. I have sent her a copy of my bank statement, I have sent her a photograph of the online chat with my bank including the ARN which has been confirmed as received by Wilko and yet still Becca is saying I haven't paid. She has treated me like I am so completely thick and told me that two transactions on a bank statement are actually just one payment. If this was the case there wouldn't be an ARN for the payment and there wouldn't be 3k coming out of my account that day. I have repeatedly asked for contact details of someone in accounts that I can talk to so I can actually get some help but she had repeatedly ignored me and still insists on answering the email telling me that she is listening to me. What more am I meant to do? I have given them a bank tracking code (ARN) of the unrefunded payment, I have given them a copy of my bank statement. They know I don't have the money and Wilko do have the money just from these two pieces of information alone. The problem comes that they have the money and no order number to tie it up to which according to Wilko means I haven't paid it. (It doesn't take a genuis to take the order number they have created after it was delivered and tie it to the money which doesn't have an order number to the goods they have delivered to me.) This has gone on for over a month now! Irritated doesn't even start to describe it. To add a little more insult to injury the set has also now been reduced to £1199.99 which is £300 cheaper than when I paid for it. A little goodwill will also be going amiss no doubt for the hassle they have caused me. Utterly useless company.

I received a faulty item from Wilko over 2 months ago. I still do not have any resolution or a refund. I arranged for the large item to be collected several times and no courier showed for the collection. Each customer service agent is different and therefore has no record of the previous emails sent. Wilko seem to use third party companies for large items and third party companies for their carrier service so again the communication and resolution will never happen as it seems not only do they have bd communication with their customers but also their partner companies. Absolutely shocked that they have not been able to come to a resolution after 2 months!

We ordered a shed and received the wrong item, contacted the customer service team at first and they seemed happy at first to resolve the issue but then we have seemed to be fobbed off time and time again, every time we email its the same automated service saying give us 48hrs to respond, the item we received was significantly cheaper than the one we ordered so we have asked for a refund and after numerous attempts are still no further forward and still awaiting an answer. I can honestly say i would never order from this company again and warn others not to either. They have literally no customer service and when making mistakes they hide away but are happy to take your money and run

Appalling customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM WILKO ONLINE. If there's a problem you will not get a refund. 62 messages so far to try and get a refund for a faulty item. They even offered me £10 to get it repaired!

Bought a polycarbonate greenhouse and while fairly happy with the end result, the communication was awful. A courier service which i've never heard of with no website or business address came a day before delivery date and left a card saying it had been returned to depot. The contact number they left was a personal mobile which went straight to voicemail. No customer helpline at wilco and the only communication is by text or email which can take 2 days to get a reply. The product finally arrived at the last minute 2 weeks after the original delivery date and the guttering for the sides of the greenhouse which stop the glazing from slipping out didn't fit. I ended up having to use cable ties instead. I would have returned it and asked for a refund but if their returns service is anything like their delivery i'll give it a miss.

Ordered a rocking chair for £89.99 which I decided to return. I have proof they received it. After 4 weeks I had, had no refund. Emailed them I to ask where my refund was and I then received £9.99. So they have had £80.00 of my money since the 13th June 2024. Despite emailing, sending formal complaint letters (which they should reply to within 7 days) I have had nothing back, and have been fobbed off with excuses. Eventually got in touch with the credit card company , and hopefully they will sort it. Please do not waste your time and well earned money on this company. They do not deserve it!! And you may well regret it!

Shockingly bad customer service. Do not order anything online from Wilko. The chair I ordered is not only very poor quality, one of the leg fixings has a manufacturing fault. There is no Customer Service phone number and the only means of communication is via their messaging system. 27 messages later Wilko have offered me £10 towards getting this chair repaired or a replacement chair. This contravenes the UK Distance Selling Regulations. They are ignoring my requests to return the chair for a refund. Be warned, do not buy anything from Wilko Online.

I recieved faulty garden furniture. 13th june I requested a return They didn't want me to return they wanted me to keep the furniture plus an extra £20.. I declined. Collection was arranged for 3rd July Nobody came to collect Another collection made for 10th July Nobody collected. They obviously want your money and do not want returns !! I will never buy from this company again No complaints procedure or anything.

We ordered a shed from wilkos, my wife took the shed in when it was delivered it wasnt until i got back from work and checked the instructions that i realised it was a storage box that had been delivered, its impossible to speak to someone via the phone as the numbers online are all disconnected so i rang the company where the shed was from and they said wilkos had ordered the wrong shed and i would have to deal with them. So we started a chat online with them and sent an email its now been 8 days and we are no further forward, i have a storage box sitting in my house waiting to be collected taking up space and no definitive answer to when the matter will be resolved. The customer service element of this company is none existent, something that could probably be resolved with a phone call looks like its going to take weeks to sort out its ridiculous

I don’t know how this company are still allowed to operate. They are thieves. My parcel never arrived. It’s been a nightmare trying get a response via WhatsApp, Messenger, email. I’ve tried everything. They eventually answered one message and said they would refund….I’ve had nothing. They are a disgrace. Avoid them like the plague.

They made a mistake and refunded me for a purchase. Asked me for the money back but repeatedly failed to send me a link to pay, inspire of my many attempts requesting it. Then hounded me for the money, threatened me and my ignored messages

JOKE of a company who steal from their customers. Been ENDLESS WEEKS, trying to SIMPLY return an unopened, unwanted, pet stroller. No-one came despite being told to sit in all day 9-6 to wait for collection. Noone has arranged anything since...its been WEEKS and wilko won't refund me. THIEVES!!!

Shocking aftersale customer support. There is literally no response to from the WhatsApp contact number. Noone manages the messages. Their contact us page asks to message on WhatsApp or use their contact form. Well they don't reply or follow up on the emails and leave things outstanding. I got delivered a shoe cabinet which had half items missing in the box. Now I have no way of getting hold of customer service who will help me with a return or refund.

Appalling customer service. I'm trying to return an order which was delivered on 30th May. I changed my mind and want to return the item. I was told that I could return to a Range store but after driving the 15mins to my local store I was told that the item couldn't be returned as it didn't have the correct order number. Trying to speak to Wilko.com to get this simple issue resolved is like pulling teeth. You have to wait 1-2 days for a response only to receive a standard templated reply. 4 weeks later and we've managed to get to the point where they were going to arrange for collection of the item, asked me for suitable collection dates which I provided, and now they've reverted to sending me the same templated replies they sent over 4 weeks ago!

I have ordered an item from Wilko which they never delivered. I have tried all ways to reach Wilko's Range team to get my refund back via emails, web chat, and WhatsApp, but they just give you false assurances of a 5-7 day refund and never refund the amount for a missing item they never sent. I have contacted the vendors from which this item was delivered by Wilko, and they said Wilko is their worst client, as there are several customers who are still waiting for their refund. Both Wilko and Range have not refunded my amount, and to my surprise, their CEO, whom I mailed, hasn't cared to reply for 3 weeks now. This company just takes customers' money and uses it for their own purposes. I would suggest never buying from Wilko and Range as they are really a pathetic company.

It’s been over 6 weeks now and I still haven’t received my refund. £500 out of pocket. Emails back and forth, I was finally told the refund had been actioned on the 7 June but still no money received and it’s the 22 June.

If I could put zero stars I would Placed a large order to make pamper hampers evri delivered it at 9:59 I was at work all neighbours were home but they decided to leave it in front garden in a open greenhouse ( my garden is in a public footpath next to a woods very open)! I sheets state if not home deliver to neighbours but they didn’t I got home at gone 6 no parcel checked with neighbours nothing! Contacted both evri and wilko evri said wilko should get in touch with them to sort out missing parcel they’ve excepted that item shouldn’t have been left ! Wilko refusing to resend order or refund a site. Was delivered to a SAFE place!!!! Clearly ur wasn’t safe and evri has excepted I have never said leave parcel here wilko refuse to contact them refused to resend and refused to refund I’m not £74 out of pocket and no item! Not sure where to go next tbh
