They've taken my money. Their site glitched when I was ordering "site down-try later"+they delivered and charged me for 2 items. Their call centre workers seem to have a problem with understanding English/grasping simple concepts as, at time of writing, I've failed to get any sense out of them after 10 days. They ignore requests, I've requested to put a complaint in and that they call me (can't get anything done via email as they're seemingly illiterate)-completely ignored.
