Absolutely abysmal customer service. Ordered an item online for pickup in store at The Range. Spent £10 petrol to go and collect at my nearest Range store. The item was significantly different to what was advertised on the Wilko website but I didn't realise this until I got home. Contacted 'customer service' on whatsapp and email and just got automated scripts, noone bothered to understand the issue. They haven't done anything to try to help and have just told me to go and return it in store so another £10 petrol to go and return it. Avoid Wilko if you want any kind of decent customer service.
