Bite of order didn't come I had to chase up twice both times being on hold for an hour!
Then my bed came without instructions and damaged, so again called them being on hold for an hour, 3 hours wasted to calling them this time not happy at all, offered be £40 off the bed. I declined offer and wanted refund have take the bed back. I will never use them again. This was the last straw for me after only ordering once online to have so many problems and time wasted on phone calls.
