Items were wrong material, size and shape and some were damaged. Not as advertised.
Sent 4 emails tried to phone four times, refuse to sit on phone for an hour, three times I requested call back offered by their online feedback form. 5 weeks and have not heard a thing. Will not buy online again. Customer service does not exist. Wilkos ought to read online reviews and get a grip.
