Customer service is non existent! I ordered a 7ft Christmas tree which arrived and looks nothing like the picture.. I have called to have it collected and after an hour wait with no answer decided to e-mail. E-mailed on 11th December and given a reference, chased after no reply on the 22nd but still no reply.
One more e-mail to let them know they have 7 days to reply then will initiate a charge back on my credit card!
Sort it out Wilko.. I'm not the only one!!
