All shop floor staff great as usual
However manager seems to struggle with communicating with customers . Anticipation of collecting a heavy purchase asked if someone might help me he said “ I will not allow any of my staff to step foot outside the store”
I asked where i could park nearby & was told “ where there’s a space “
I’m not sure if this was intended to be humorous
