I ordered a product online and it was not what I expected, so have been trying to return the item for 4 weeks now. I have sent multiple emails and they have still not arranged collection or provided me with a refund. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received - I thought wilko was a reputable company to order from and I wish I’d never bothered!! Avoid!
